使用范围

可广泛应用于腻子膏、真石漆、干粉、腻子、医药、食品、化学品、饲料、陶瓷、耐火材料等即粉体、即粉体与胶浆液的混合，化工、复合肥、染料、颜料、橡胶、建材、耐火材料、稀土、塑料玻璃以及新材料、核能材料等行业的固—固（即粉体与粉体）、固-浆（即粉体与胶浆液）的物料混合。

结构特点：

1）采用一体式结构，运转平稳、噪音低，使用寿命长，安装方便，适用范围广；
2）采用螺带式搅拌，无死角，物料抛洒式混合，均匀度高；
3）螺旋上料设备，投料地坑与地面齐平，进料方便；
4）卧式真石漆搅拌机下端设有个活动门，清理方便。

按用户要求及工艺状况，盖可设计成平盖、可设计为整块盖开户方式，也可设计几块形式开盖。手动、盖上按需要开具各种管口。“U”型料槽或圆筒型料槽供选择。可定做不锈钢材质，根据客户要求。
